By making a purchase, you hereby agree to these terms:
- Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be processed under any circumstances. We only allow for exchanges.
- NO return/exchanges on SALE items.
- NO return/exchanges on Sunglasses.
- All our products are carefully inspected before being shipped out, if you do however receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item at no extra cost to you.
- For any other exchanges where you have selected an incorrect product, product design or size, you will be fully liable for all shipping charges.
- Please note that we will NOT accept any exchanges ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item is visibly broken, worn or removed from its original packaging.
- Earring posts are delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid applying pressure or bending when putting on or removing.
- Disclaimer: These jewelry items are NOT Original. They are mass produced dupes inspired by respective designer brands. We unfortunately cannot claim to be 100% the same as those brands.
Earrings
- For hygiene purposes earrings may not be exchanged once worn.
Rings
- No exchanges will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing has been provided on the website. You are welcome to send an inquiry on sizing if unsure before making a purchase.
Sunglasses
- No return or exchanges on sunglasses.
- A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.
Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper jewelry care should not tarnish.
For the best jewelry care possible, we do not suggest exposing our stainless steel jewelry range to the below :
- dishwashing soap
- lotion
- perfume
- hair products
- jewellery cleaners
- other harsh chemicals
Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze & gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing caused by skin oils.
Shipping
Delivery Terms & Conditions
By making a purchase, you hereby accept these terms and conditions.
Shipping on all available stock may take 3-7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will be notified of your purchase being on the way by email with a tracking number from our shipping providers, The Courier Guy or Aramex.
Please allow 1-2 working days after your package has been shipped to start tracking.
No shipping on weekends and public holidays.
Disclaimer: Once your order has been handed over to our shipping providers, it’s your responsibility to ensure availability at your given address. Any losses and missed deliveries will not be the responsibility of Infinite Lux Jewelry and parties.
Sizing
Bracelets
To determine your bracelet size, we strongly advise that you measure the size of your wrist rather than the size of another bracelet.
- Using a length of string or ribbon, wrap it around the base of your wrist. To ensure a comfortable bracelet fit, we recommend measuring the thickest part of the wrist, usually the wrist joint.
- With a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets.
- Measure the string in mm or inches with a ruler.
Tips
- We recommend adding one centimetre for a loose fit.
- Remember that the two wrists differ slightly in size.
- Size 16 = 15 cm
- Size 17 =15.9 cm
- Size 19 = 17-17.9 cm
Rings
To determine your ring size, we strongly advise that you measure the size of your finger rather than the size of another ring.
- Using a length of string or ribbon, wrap it around the base of your finger. To ensure the ring fits comfortably, we suggest measuring your knuckle as well.
- With a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets.
- Measure the string in millimeters (recommended) or inches with a ruler.
Tips
- Measure your finger at the end of the day.
- Do not measure your finger when it is hot or cold.
- Remember that the two hands differ slightly in size.
- Make sure that the chosen size leaves enough room for the ring to pass easily along the entire length of the finger.
